Adult Contemporary for Beginners
This fun and friendly dance class is for any adults who feel inspired to dance, even complete beginners!
Starting with a full body warm-up followed by centre and travelling sequences that combine the fundamental elements of contemporary dance focusing on placement, control, breath and musicality. With a reputation for delivering fun, engaging and successful adult contemporary dance classes for over a decade across the South East, NOCTURN's classes are about encouragement, positivity and quality instruction.
We recommend loose comfortable clothing and bare feet for all classes.
Suitable for beginners and Intermediate - Over 18s, all welcome
